When you’re evaluating a new payment technology, the product is only part of the decision.
Your technical team also needs to understand what it will take to integrate, how the new system will behave within your existing payment flow, and what happens when a request doesn’t go as expected.
For businesses evaluating Revaly’s pre-authorization capabilities, we’ve introduced supported Integration SDKs designed to make that technical path clearer from the start.
The SDKs give development teams a standard way to connect to the Revaly Platform without building and maintaining the API client from scratch. They’re available for .NET, Java, PHP, TypeScript, Python and Go through the standard package managers for each ecosystem.
Spend less time building the API client
Without a standard library, integrating directly with an API can mean building authentication, constructing requests, managing API versions and interpreting responses within your own application.
Revaly’s SDKs handle those core API functions so your developers can focus on how Revaly fits into your payment flow rather than recreating the client layer around it. The SDK wraps the Revaly API, attaches authentication, assembles payloads, pins the API version and returns typed results.
This doesn’t remove every step involved in getting a payment integration live. Connecting your gateway and configuring your broader payment flow still require implementation work. The SDK is designed to make the Revaly portion of that work more defined.
Build and test before processing live transactions
Technical evaluation shouldn’t begin with real money moving through the system.
Each supported SDK includes a simulated response mode that allows developers to build and test their integration without hitting a live endpoint.
That means your team can explore how the integration behaves, validate its implementation and understand how Revaly will fit into your architecture before introducing live payment traffic.
For teams evaluating Revaly, this provides a more concrete view of the technical investment before go-live.
Plan for failed and uncertain requests
Payment failures aren’t all the same, and the way your system responds matters.
The SDK distinguishes between different classes of outcomes so your team has clearer information to work with when something goes wrong. For example, some failures are safe to fail over, while an outcome that is unknown should be reconciled before another payment attempt is made.
Your systems remain in control of routing and failover decisions. The SDK does not automatically reroute or retry payments on your behalf.
The goal is to give your technical team the information it needs to design that behavior deliberately before you’re processing live transactions.
Built for the way development teams already work
The Integration SDKs are:
- available for .NET, Java, PHP, TypeScript, Python and Go
- distributed through standard package managers
- generated from Revaly’s OpenAPI specification
- available as public source on GitHub under Apache 2.0
- designed to support development and testing before live traffic
They’re available now as pre-1.0 releases.
